The teachers at Chase are very dedicated to their students, and often go out of their way to provide the best learning experience possible.

Since joining Chase, I have made progress both academically and personally, becoming more confident in achieving my potential in all of my subjects.

I think that the size of the school is one of the things that sets it apart from many local schools. The small class sizes allow an individualised learning approach due to the fact that the teachers know every one of their students, and can cater to their individual needs.

An example of a target that I have completed in the resilience part of my Chase Passport is to take part in an online course, aiming to enrich my personal statement despite the obstacles that the pandemic has created. To achieve this, I completed an online medicine work experience course and I am currently partaking in a course in evolutionary medicine.

I have always felt welcomed at Chase, and I have enjoyed my time here. The school is very accommodating, and the students and staff make it a very hospitable place for studying.

The Leader in Me course introduces 7 habits for teens that aim to expand their personal, academic and professional lives. The habits include: be proactive, begin the with the end in mind, put first things first, think win-win, seek first to understand, then to be understood, synergize, and sharpen the saw. Techniques such as active listening are helpful for effective communication, and the habits can help with working efficiently to achieve a goal.
